Key Responsibilities :

The ideal person for this role will have the requisite experience, skills, and passion necessary for the continued development of our entire tech architecture, which comprises :

- Over 100 high-traffic eCommerce websites serving customers around the world.

- ERP software that manages our global operations.

- Business analytics that determine product / catalog selection, customer growth, and retention.

- Modules across all functions including marketing, logistics, customer support, and finance.

- Willingness to contribute as both a Lead and an Individual Contributor. You will drive architectural decisions without needing a massive hierarchy beneath you.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 8+ years of technical development experience, including in an architect role withn progressively increasing levels of scope.

- Extensive past experience and knowledge of Ruby on Rails.

- Experience with Javascript & Javascript-based frameworks (specifically React).

- Willingness to work in an AI-assisted development environment. You should be open to using modern tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment.

- Comfortable working in a compact, high-performance team. You should be self- driven and capable of managing complex architectures without requiring a large support team.

- Ability to contribute towards the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise eCommerce applications (cloud-based and dedicated).

- Strong analytical skills with a product-first mindset.
