Role Summary :

We are hiring a Technical Architect Back Office to lead architecture and strategy across Oracle ERP systems and Oracle Cloud technologies, ensuring scalable enterprise solutions. The role will focus on Oracle integrations, reporting, and extensions using OIC, BIP, and VBCS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture and technical roadmap for Back Office systems (Oracle ERP)

- Drive system modernization, performance optimization, and re-architecture initiatives

- Own architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across Oracle ecosystem

- Define and oversee integration strategy using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Deliver reporting and document outputs using BI Publisher (BIP)

- Build and oversee extensions / custom UI apps using VBCS

- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles

- Support solution estimation, POCs, production rollout planning, and post-go-live stability

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong Oracle architecture experience across ERP landscape

- Strong expertise in :

1. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

2. BI Publisher (BIP)

3. Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

- Solid understanding of API design, integration monitoring, and error handling frameworks

- Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have :

- Oracle certifications / TOGAF

- Exposure to event-driven architecture, microservices, middleware

- DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, logging & monitoring)

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent

- 7+ years in enterprise architecture / technical leadership roles

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
