M2O Technical Architect

Job Purpose :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Architect to drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as part of the M2O program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and integration patterns, with a strong understanding of end-to-end solution design and development. This role requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams, partners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Technical Architect for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation within the M2O program.

- Provide technical expertise across CRM solution design, development, integration, and deployment.

- Collaborate with functional teams during workshops to perform gap analysis and support solution design aligned with business needs.

- Contribute to full lifecycle D365 CRM implementations, from discovery to go-live and support.

- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with overall M2O IT strategy and roadmap.

- Validate requirements and proposed solutions from partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.

- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications, adhering to architectural best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize deliverables in a dynamic, Agile environment.

- Ensure proper governance and management of CRM environments, including solution deployment and configuration.

- Support data migration planning and execution using appropriate tools and strategies.

- Lead efforts for test automation, ensuring system quality and minimizing manual testing efforts.

- Promote continuous improvement, agile/lean delivery, and DevOps practices across the delivery lifecycle.

- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the overall M2O IT roadmap.

- Demonstrate leadership and stakeholder alignment skills to drive clarity, decision-making, and delivery success.

Academic Qualifications / Professional Experience :

- A bachelors in computer science or a related field of study.

- Min. 5 years experience in MS Dynamics implementation ideally in food/beverages industry.

- Experience in large-scale CRM implementation projects.

- Familiar with SDLC (Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Build, Test, Deploy).

Advantages Abilities :

- Experience in CPG industry preferred.

- Microsoft certifications would be preferred.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in technical roles delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions, preferably Dynamics 365.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing) modules and Dynamics Commerce.

- Hands-on experience with CRM customization and configuration: entities, forms, views, fields, business rules, BPF, JavaScript, workflows, plugins, actions, solution management, etc.

- Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

- Experience with CRM Portals (Power Pages), including entity forms, web pages, and entity lists.

- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and cloud-native integration approaches.

- Deep understanding of the CRM security model: roles, teams, business units, etc.

- Strong understanding of solution deployment, ALM practices, and environment strategy.

- Experience with data migration tools and practices in Dynamics CRM.

- Exposure to automation testing in Dynamics 365 projects.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

- Preferred: experience working in or with a Dynamics CoE (Center of Excellence).
