- Lead architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE solutions

- Define technical standards and best practices

- Drive CRM customizations, integrations, and enhancements

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance standards

- Mentor development teams and conduct technical reviews
