Our client is a financial services group with an integrated global network that builds and maintains software solutions used by agency-model execution businesses. The business provides brokerage services to clients in over 65 markets around the world.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Senior Technical Application Specialist, specialized in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform, you will :

- Lead a team of Technical Application Specialists handling design of complex engagements, with a focus on predictable delivery and engineering excellence.

- Lead by example by being a hands-on contributor and providing oversight and feedback.

- Work collaboratively with other team members, partners and third parties to support empowered teams.

- Provide line-management and personal development support for engineering team members.

Technical Requirements :

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises & Dynamics 365 CE.

- Full customization of Dynamics 365 CRM Applications to meet user requirements.

- Proficiency in C#, plug-in development, and custom workflows.

- Experience in developing Web resources (JavaScript, Html, jQuery).

- Expertise in Workflows, Business Rules, Actions, and Security Rules.

- Strong Knowledge on PowerApps (Model Driven & Canvas), PowerApps Portal, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Git Hub).

Eligibility :

- Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and experience in end-to-end delivery of software products.
