That is you :

You will work directly with the co-founders. Not through layers of management. You will sit in the meetings where business strategy is set. You will understand why menu decisions affect margins,

why yield math affects food waste, why customer onboarding affects lifetime value. And you will build the engineering that makes all of it work.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build & Launch the Parallel AI System by productionizing the prototypes.

- Eliminate operational inefficiencies through intelligent automation.

- Build the foundation for biomarker-driven personalization.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

- 2 to 8 years of experience in full-stack engineering.

- Proficiency in LLM, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node, React, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and AI technologies.

- Proven ability to productionize AI prototypes and connect them to real systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in improving operational efficiencies.

- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, while collaborating closely with the COO/Founder and Operations team.
