I'm hiring for a Series A - funded consumer marketplace startup in Bengaluru that's building a trusted way for people in India to buy and sell pre - owned goods.

The company is backed by leading institutional and strategic investors, and the founders are building trust, verification and logistics into every step of the experience.

They're looking for a Product Designer to shape the buyer and seller experience, from first discovery to a completed transaction and the next visit.

What you'll do :

- Own the design process end to end, from research and early concepts to detailed UI, prototypes and shipped experiences

- Design across search, discovery, listings, product pages, offers, checkout, payments and post - purchase journeys

- Improve seller onboarding, AI - assisted listing creation, pricing guidance, pickup scheduling and payout visibility

- Run usability tests, talk to buyers and sellers, and combine qualitative insights with funnel data

- Build and maintain reusable Figma components and design guidelines with Engineering

- Work with the founders, Product, Engineering, Growth and Data to design and test improvements to activation, conversion and repeat use

What we're looking for :

- 2 - 6 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design or a closely related role

- A portfolio that shows your process, your contribution and the reasoning behind your decisions

- Strong interaction and visual design skills, with attention to typography, layout and hierarchy

- Confidence in Figma, including prototyping, components and design systems

- Experience with user research and usability testing

- Comfort with product data, and the ability to use it without losing sight of the people behind the numbers

- High ownership, comfort with incomplete information, and the ability to prioritise in a fast - moving team

Nice to have :

- Experience designing for marketplaces, e - commerce or consumer tech

- Work on search, discovery, checkout or payments

- Experience with AI - assisted experiences, accessibility or building a design system from scratch

- Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing and implementation constraints on mobile and web

Who will thrive here :

You notice when an experience feels confusing, slow or incomplete, and want to understand why before redesigning it.

You care about the details that shape trust, like how a product's condition is explained or how a failed payment is handled.
