Job description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant to join our growing consulting practice in Jaipur. You will work directly with US-based clients to understand their business challenges, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and lead a small team through delivery. This is a client-facing role with real ownership you will shape solutions from discovery through implementation.

Job Description :

- Engage directly with US clients to gather and document business requirements across sales and service functions.

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.

- Lead solution workshops, walkthroughs, and sign-off sessions with client stakeholders.

- Own the configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions in close collaboration with developers.

- Lead and mentor a team of 24 consultants, managing delivery quality and timelines.

- Translate complex business problems into clear, scalable technical designs.

- Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing within the Salesforce practice.

Looking For :

- 3- 10 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience.

- Proven ability to independently run requirement-gathering sessions and design solution architectures.

- Strong spoken and written English with comfort presenting to senior US client stakeholders.

- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members in a consulting environment.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.

- Comfort working in US business hours from the Jaipur office on a hybrid schedule.
