Role Overview:

As an SAP EWM Functional Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution within the S/4 HANA ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of warehouse management solutions, ensuring that our clients' logistics operations remain seamless and scalable. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical developers to troubleshoot critical issues, optimize warehouse processes, and maintain high-performance standards in a production support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve complex functional issues within SAP EWM to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations and minimize system downtime.

- Manage production support tickets within defined SLA timelines to maintain high service delivery standards for global clients.

- Configure and customize S/4 HANA EWM modules to align with evolving business processes and logistics requirements.

- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting on integration points between EWM and other SAP modules to ensure data integrity.

- Lead the documentation of functional specifications and standard operating procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and system stability.

- Collaborate with business process owners to identify system gaps and implement enhancements that improve overall warehouse throughput.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP EWM configuration and implementation within an S/4 HANA environment, with 5 - 15 years of relevant professional experience.

- Strong analytical capability to troubleshoot complex functional errors and provide sustainable solutions in a high-pressure production support environment.

- Proven ability to manage and adhere to strict SLAs while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders across different geographies.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical functional designs.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site model across our Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, or Chennai locations.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of warehouse management business processes.
