Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with over 15 years of robust program management expertise to lead and oversee multiple projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of program management principles and methodologies, ensuring that all projects align with our strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.

- Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Monitor program performance and implement necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program objectives.

- Prepare and present program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide project managers and team members to enhance their program management skills.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proven expertise in Program Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficient in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in managing large-scale programs across diverse industries.

- Certification in Program Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP, etc.).

- Familiarity with change management principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in program management or related fields.

- Demonstrated success in leading complex programs and managing diverse teams.
