Overview :

Cloud IT is hiring for one of its esteemed clients, a leading digital transformation and technology services organization, seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead ServiceNow AI Integration to drive enterprise-scale intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflow transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow development, AI/GenAI integrations, enterprise architecture, and technical leadership, with the ability to lead development teams and deliver scalable digital workflow solutions across global engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered ServiceNow solutions and enterprise integrations

- Drive technical architecture and solution delivery for intelligent workflow automation initiatives

- Develop and manage integrations using :

1. REST APIs

2. SOAP APIs

3. Integration Hub

4. MID Server

5. External AI/LLM platforms

- Lead implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities including :

1. Now Assist

2. Predictive Intelligence

3. Virtual Agent

4. Conversational AI

5. Generative AI integrations

- Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and support teams

- Review code quality, enforce platform governance, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and project managers to define scalable automation strategies

- Drive performance optimization, platform stability, release management, and production support activities

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building within the ServiceNow practice

- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI orchestration, and enterprise automation platforms

- Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture

- Experience working in global consulting or enterprise transformation environments

Certifications :

- ServiceNow CSA certification, CAD certification, AI-related certifications or ServiceNow AI credentials are an advantage

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
