Job Description

VIP Support / White Glove Support Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and highly professional VIP Support / White Glove Support Engineer to provide personalized IT support services to executive-level users and high-priority clients.


The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional support experience, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :


- Provide high-touch, end-to-end IT support for C-level executives and VIP users.

- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, AV/VC systems, and other peripherals.


- Offer immediate response to critical technical issues affecting VIP users, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working closely with high-level personnel.

- Manage and support remote sessions, on-site assistance, and home office setups as required.

- Coordinate with backend IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

- Proactively monitor devices and services to ensure smooth operation and high availability.

- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication and follow-up skills.

Requirements :


- 5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a white-glove or executive support environment.


- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and mobile device support.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments.

- Willingness to provide off-hours and on-call support as needed
