We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead enterprise-level business analysis, requirement elicitation, and delivery governance. The candidate should possess deep experience in business process modeling, stakeholder engagement, and driving cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end business analysis by identifying stakeholder needs and proposing practical, value-driven solutions.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and engagement sessions across business units.


- Perform feasibility analysis and impact assessments for new business initiatives.

- Create and present strategic recommendations, insights, and reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

- Align business programs with strategic objectives and manage delivery milestones.

- Track program performance via KPIs, dashboards, and risk logs; implement mitigation strategies proactively.

- Conduct recurring governance calls with business owners and ensure transparent

communication of progress and roadblocks.

- Oversee budget tracking and financial forecasting for assigned programs and initiatives.

- Translate business needs into clear, complete, and testable Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications Documents.

- Ensure continuous alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit, tracking, and compliance purposes.

- Collaborate with Project Managers to align delivery plans with business priorities and timelines.

- Track and report delivery milestones, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate on-time completion.

- Drive governance reviews with leadership, maintaining a focus on value realization and risk

mitigation.

- Recommend course corrections throughout the project lifecycle to meet evolving business

needs.

- Support UAT and QA cycles, ensuring business scenarios are properly validated against

system functionality.

- Lead rollout and post-deployment activities including stakeholder training, process

handovers, and benefit tracking.

- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Guide development teams to ensure technical output matches functional expectations.

- Promote cross-team collaboration across Product, QA, Engineering, and Operations.

- Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder engagement, project workshops, and

onsite support.



Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, strategic program delivery, or related roles.


- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Zoho CRM, Business analysis tools, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business process modeling

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present insights to C-level executives.

- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.



Preferred Certifications :


- CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional

- PMI-PBA - Professional in Business Analysis

- Agile Business Analyst Certification
