We are seeking a proactive and skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead and coordinate critical information security initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities combined with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
This role involves managing multiple projects across threat mitigation, compliance, risk management, and infrastructure security in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects on time and within scope and budget.
- Define project objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including status reports, dashboards, and risk logs.
- Manage project scope, track milestones, and conduct regular stakeholder meetings.
- Work closely with InfoSec teams to ensure project alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Coordinate implementation of security solutions including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, identity management, and data loss prevention.
- Facilitate third-party audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing engagements.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, PCI-DSS.
- Collaborate with risk, legal, and compliance teams to support documentation and evidence collection.
- Track remediation plans and ensure timely closure of audit findings and vulnerabilities.
- Liaise between technical teams, vendors, and business units to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
- Manage relationships with external partners and security solution providers.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in project management within the cybersecurity or IT infrastructure domain.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts including threat detection, access management, cloud security, and incident response.
- Experience managing or coordinating implementation of tools such as SIEM, DLP, MFA, firewalls, EDR, etc.
- Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.

- PMP / PRINCE2
- CISM / CISSP / CompTIA Security+
- Certified Scrum Master
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor
