TECEZE - Junifer Mist Wirless Engiineer

We are looking for an experienced Juniper Mist Wireless Engineer with at least 6 years of expertise in wireless networking, including hands-on experience with the Juniper Mist AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment, management, and optimization of wireless networks, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across enterprise environments. This role demands deep technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to utilize AI tools for automated network assurance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy, configure, and manage Mist Wi-Fi solutions, including Wi-Fi 6/6E access points, Mist Edge appliances, and integration with Juniper EX switches.

- Leverage Marvis AI for real-time network insights, root cause analysis, and automated issue resolution.

- Conduct RF planning, spectrum analysis, channel tuning, and optimize access point placements to ensure robust wireless coverage and performance.

- Configure and manage enterprise wireless security protocols such as WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, and network segmentation policies.

- Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to resolve wireless connectivity issues, and support continuous service improvement.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, configurations, network diagrams, changes, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in wireless networking and infrastructure deployment.

- Solid understanding of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax (Wi-Fi 6/6E) standards and RF fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with Juniper Mist AI platform, including access point provisioning, policy configuration, and monitoring.

- Familiarity with Juniper EX switches, Mist Edge, and integration with LAN infrastructure.

- Experience with network authentication protocols (RADIUS, 802.1X).

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance logs and network data.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with external vendors.

- Relevant certifications such as JNCIA-MistAI, JNCIS-MistAI-Wireless

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in multi-vendor environments, integrating Juniper with Cisco, Aruba, or Meraki infrastructure.

- Working knowledge of cloud-based networking and SaaS-based network management.

- Exposure to project management practices leading wireless deployment initiatives from design to delivery.

- Knowledge of network automation tools and API integration with Mists platform is a plus.
