Senior Odoo Techno-Functional

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Techno-Functional to lead Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise, the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, and experience leading client engagements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and gather functional and technical requirements.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across multiple business functions.

- Configure and implement Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Project, and other enterprise modules.

- Work closely with development teams to design and implement custom modules, workflows, reports, and automation.

- Lead Odoo data migration activities from legacy systems and coordinate integration with third-party applications.

- Define testing strategies and conduct Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

- Deliver user training sessions and prepare user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.

- Mentor junior consultants and support cross-functional teams.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 4 - 7 years of experience as an Odoo Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Strong expertise in implementing and configuring multiple Odoo modules.

- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, workflows, and business process automation.

- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL database structure and the Odoo framework.

- Hands-on experience in Odoo customization, migration, implementation, and System integration.

- Working knowledge of Python for functional debugging and coordination with developers.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Odoo.sh, Odoo Enterprise, or cloud deployments.

- Knowledge of Python development for Odoo customization.

- Experience with XML, QWeb Reports, and Odoo Studio.

- Odoo Functional or Technical Certification is a plus.

- Experience working in Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, or Distribution domains.
