Role: Teamcenter Technical Lead / Architect

Experience: 6 - 8 years

- Teamcenter 13.x/14.x + AWC 5.x

- ITK, BMIDE, SOA

- Teamcenter & AWC customization

- TcUA and Teamcenter interfaces

- BOM, Change & Document modules

- Technical architecture and solutioning

- Production troubleshooting and unit testing

- Team mentoring and customer handling

- Team leadership for 5 - 8 members

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Teamcenter technical architecture and solution design.

- Lead development and customization across Teamcenter modules.

- Guide developers on ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AWC and testing.

- Troubleshoot complex production/customer issues and perform RCA.

- Manage code configuration, documentation and quality.

- Handle customer queries and cross-team dependencies.

- Mentor and lead a 5 - 8 member technical team.

- Ensure upgrade-safe AWC customization and reliable delivery.

Interview Focus:

- Teamcenter architecture & solutioning

- ITK/BMIDE/SOA hands-on depth

- AWC customization and troubleshooting
