About the Role :

We are looking for a Team Manager Product Management who can lead a high-performing team of Product Managers while driving product excellence, operational efficiency, and strong business outcomes. The ideal leader is experienced in people management, product lifecycle ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, global and cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 5 Product Managers, ensuring clarity, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.

- Drive end-to-end product management processes including planning, execution, delivery and performance measurement.

- Build and sustain a high-performance team culture with open communication, frequent feedback, and strong collaboration.

- Ensure adherence to internal product management frameworks, best practices, and operational processes.

- Identify successful product practices and scale them across teams and geographies.

- Enable continuous learning, competency development, and career growth for team members.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top Product Management talent.

- Contribute to organisation-wide goals by aligning with cascaded OKRs and strategic objectives.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience managing a team of 5- 10 members (Product, Tech or related roles).

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management with exposure to product strategy, roadmap creation, and feature delivery.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge, mentor, and guide teams.

- Experience working with cross-functional, cross-cultural, and geographically distributed teams.

- Ability to thrive in an agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication skills; fluency in English is a must.

- Strong problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.

Good to Have :

- CSPO / Scrum Product Owner certification

- Strong understanding of product management methods, frameworks and metrics

- Experience in the AdTech industry
