Roles & Responsibilities :

What you'll do :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform.

- Own technical architecture and best practices across projects.

- Mentor and manage a team of Unqork developers.

- Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.

- Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong Unqork Team Lead profile with hands-on platform expertise and team leadership.

- 6+ years of experience, with at least the recent 3+ years of proven hands-on experience on the Unqork platform.

- Experience leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform.

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a development team.

- Experience owning technical architecture and best practices across projects.

- Experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.

- Experience driving delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards.

- Strong grasp of enterprise application design, APIs, and integrations.

- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

- Background in B2B Tech consulting, B2B Tech services, or AI Tech consulting companies.

- Candidate should be willing to work during EST shift (9.30 PM-6.30 AM) if needed as the client is based in US and they have US clients.

- Active Unqork certification is a strong plus.
