We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our application development initiatives in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical execution, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of critical IT applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product owners, engineering squads, and external clients, to translate strategic goals into scalable software solutions. By driving excellence in project delivery and technical architecture, you will directly influence our operational efficiency and enhance the digital experience for our end users, ensuring our technology stack remains both innovative and reliable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for complex IT applications to ensure timely delivery within defined quality and budget parameters.

- Architect scalable solution designs by collaborating with technical teams to ensure the software architecture aligns with long-term business objectives.

- Facilitate detailed requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous needs into precise, actionable technical specifications.

- Mentor and guide development teams in Java-based environments to foster a culture of high-performance coding and technical excellence.

- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent reporting and proactive risk mitigation to maintain project momentum and alignment.

- Oversee the integration of new features and system enhancements to ensure seamless deployment and minimal disruption to existing business processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full software development lifecycle, with a proven ability to lead high-impact IT projects from inception to deployment.

- Proficient in designing robust, scalable enterprise solutions using Java and related frameworks, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Exceptional ability to conduct thorough requirement gathering and business analysis, effectively bridging the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Proven track record of navigating large-scale project environments with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in IT application management.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Navi Mumbai, demonstrating high adaptability to evolving project requirements and team dynamics.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution is preferred to support the technical rigor of this position.
