Team Lead - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Team Lead to lead our team of machine learning and computer vision engineers for a video analytics project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful AI/ML projects for video analytics.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of machine learning and computer vision engineers to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions for video analytics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.

- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.

- Ensure that all AI/ML solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our business.

- Manage team performance, provide mentorship and career development opportunities, and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.

- 3+ years of experience in leading a team of machine learning engineers.

- Strong programming skills in C++ and another relevant programming language.

- Experience with machine learning libraries and SDK such as OpenCV, OpenVino, TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA Deepstream SDK, etc.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
