TCS - SAP Subject Matter Expert - SD/MM/FICO Modules

Role : Sap Subject Matter Expert

Job description :

- Act as the primary expert for assigned SAP module(s) (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, HCM, PP, BW, etc.)

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

- Configure SAP system settings and ensure optimal system performance

- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and efficiency

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents

- Lead or support SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects

- Develop functional specifications for technical team

- Conduct user training and create documentation

- Work with cross-functional teams for integration across modules

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in SAP (specific module expertise)

- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and business processes

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred)

- Understanding of integration points between SAP modules

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
