TCS - SAP Fiori Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fiori Consultant with strong expertise in SAP UI5, Fiori application development, OData services, and SAP Gateway technologies. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and deploying SAP Fiori applications for enterprise SAP environments.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of SAP front-end technologies, integration with SAP backend systems, and experience in delivering user-friendly, responsive, and scalable SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and deploy SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 applications based on business requirements.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Fiori design principles.

- Configure and manage SAP Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, groups, tiles, and role-based access.

- Develop and consume OData services using SAP Gateway and integrate Fiori applications with SAP backend systems.

- Customize standard SAP Fiori applications and develop custom Fiori apps for business processes.

- Work closely with SAP functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Implement Fiori application enhancements, extensions, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Configure and maintain SAP Gateway services, SICF services, and system aliases.

- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for UI5, OData, and Fiori-related issues.

- Ensure application compatibility across browsers, devices, and responsive layouts.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.

- Support application deployment, transport management, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with BASIS, security, and backend teams for system integration and role management.

- Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and deployment procedures.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and sprint activities.

Required Qualifications :

- 4- 8 years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and SAP application integration.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP UI5 and Fiori application development.

- Experience working with OData services and SAP Gateway configuration.

- Good understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.

- Hands-on experience in Launchpad configuration and Fiori role management.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of CDS Views, RAP model, or SAP CAP framework preferred.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- SAP Fiori/UI5 certification preferred.
