Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, and Lightning component development. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and enterprise application integrations.

The role involves designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements while collaborating with functional teams, architects, and stakeholders in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and platform solutions.

- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules based on business requirements.

- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation logic.

- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.

- Work on Salesforce data migration, data management, and data quality improvement activities.

- Implement role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and security best practices.

- Participate in technical design discussions, solution architecture reviews, and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot application issues, debug production incidents, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, triggers, batch Apex jobs, and asynchronous processing.

- Support CI/CD deployment processes using Salesforce DevOps tools and version control systems.

- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support documents.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform development.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, workflows, and automation features.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.

- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud will be an added advantage.

- Exposure to MuleSoft or integration middleware platforms preferred.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Experience in enterprise-scale CRM implementations preferred.
