Role & responsibilities : MES Techno-Functional Consultant Process/Batch

Experience : 10+ years

Location : Pan india

- Experience in IT applications and consulting within process industries (Chemical, Refinery, Pharma, Cement, Food, etc.).

- Strong expertise in MES/plant solutions, process automation, control, and optimization with hands-on experience in solution design and development.

- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery or PSS engagements, including working with globally distributed teams.

- Good understanding of MES standards (ISA95, S88) and integration across MES, ERP, middleware, and recipe management systems.

- Hands-on expertise in requirement analysis, functional/technical design, blueprinting, and developing IT strategy/roadmaps.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including recipe management, scheduling, routing, BOP, process equipment, analytics, and KPIs.

- Exposure to tools/technologies like Aspen, IP21, Historians, Apriso, GE, Rockwell, Syncade, APC, and understanding of supply chain, EHS, and automation systems.
