- OSS Architect
- Should have Architected an end-to-end GIS-based fiber infrastructure management platform covering duct, fiber splice, manhole, and customer termination mapping with full spatial analytics.
- Designed and deployed a centralized Network Inventory System integrating Optical transport, IP/MPLS, Voice domains, enabling automated service provisioning, topology discovery, service stitching, Fault correlation. There by solving Service Impact Analysis (SIA) and Network Impact Analysis (NIA).
- Should have led the implementation of a Fault & Performance Management System with automated alarm correlation.
- Must have proven experience on Integrating OSS stack with vendor NMS systems (e.g. Nokia, Huawei, Cisco, Tejas, ECI etc.) for real-time topology, alarms, and performance data ingestion.
- Should have experience on building microservices-based interfaces to automate workflow orchestration.
- Must have developed logical-to-physical mapping models for circuits across DWDM, OTN, and IP layers.
- Should have experience on data migration from legacy OSS platforms, including data cleansing and normalization.
- Should have Implemented a scalable GIS architecture to support nationwide fiber network expansion.
- Must know how to optimize routes, perform risk assessment, right of way analysis via spatial analysis of GIS data.
- Should have designed data models for customer, service, and network asset tracking in the Inventory System.

- Should have knowledge or managed operations of DWDM/OTN, SDH backbone.
- Must know network capacity planning, path computation, and service activation across access aggregate, core rings.
- Should have knowledge of Multi-Vendor Optical Inventory Integration e.g. Integrated Nokia, Tejas, ECI, ALU, Huawei optical domains into a single inventory
- Critical to have knowledge and experience of AI-Driven Alarm Correlation, Root Cause classification, Agentic tasks for rerouting.
