About the Team :

The Data Systems team partners with org-wide leadership, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. We are now actively building our Gen AI capability, running function-wise AI projects across e-pharma, e-diagnostics, and retail with an ambition to move from pilots to enterprise-wide AI strategy.

What You Will Do :

- Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and apply statistical and predictive modeling to drive insights and decision-making.

- Conceptualize, visualize, and communicate insights using dashboards and BI tools to influence stakeholders.

- Break down complex business problems, define scope, success metrics, and drive execution across teams.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure alignment between business and tech teams.

- Identify, scope, and execute Gen AI projects end-to-end from problem definition and prompt engineering to deployment and ROI tracking.

- Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.

- Design multi-step AI pipelines to automate complex business processes.

- Work closely with external Gen AI vendors, evaluate solutions, manage POCs, and drive build vs buy decisions.

- Define KPIs for AI initiatives and track productivity gains, cost reduction, and P&L impact.

- Translate AI outputs into measurable business value and present impact to leadership.

What We Are Looking For :

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data science, or related roles with at least 1 year of hands-on Gen AI project experience.

- Proven ability to take Gen AI use cases from problem statement to production deployment.

- Experience working with external technology partners and managing vendor relationships.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.

- Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight.

- Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work in ambiguous environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
