About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Tagetik ERP Developer with hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik (EPM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end implementation projects and possess a strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and budgeting processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise performance management solutions using CCH Tagetik.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the complete lifecycle of CCH Tagetik implementation projects, including Design, Build, Testing, and Deployment.

- Develop, configure, and customize Tagetik solutions based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements.

- Design scalable and efficient EPM solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Perform system configuration, enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Support deployment activities and ensure smooth production rollouts.

- Optimize system performance and maintain solution documentation.

- Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik (EPM).

- Minimum one end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementation experience.

- Strong experience across Design, Build, Testing, and Deployment phases.

- Good understanding of:

1. Financial Consolidation

2. Financial Planning

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

4. Financial Reporting

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ERP/EPM implementation projects.

- Knowledge of finance transformation initiatives.

- Exposure to data integration and reporting within Tagetik.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance, or any related discipline.
