Role Overview :

We are seeking a C++ Developer with 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in modern C++ development. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming fundamentals, experience working on performance-critical applications, and a solid understanding of system-level programming in a Linux environment. You will play a key role in designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable applications using modern C++.

- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices and modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17).

- Work extensively with STL, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and advanced C++ features.

- Implement multithreading, concurrency mechanisms, and synchronization techniques.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve memory leaks, segmentation faults, and performance

bottlenecks.

- Debug complex technical issues using appropriate debugging and profiling tools.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability.

- Work in a Linux-based environment for development, testing, and deployment.

- Manage and maintain build systems using CMake.

- Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development

standards and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of C++ fundamentals and object-oriented design principles.

- Hands-on experience with STL and modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17).

- Solid experience in handling multithreading and concurrency.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Practical experience in memory management and performance optimization.

- Proficiency in Linux-based development environments.

- Experience working with Git for version control and CMake for build configuration.

- Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on performance-critical, real-time, or system-level applications.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build systems.

- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
