Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Tableau Developer with 23 years of experience who can independently manage dashboard development, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Excel, and be capable of delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

- Spreadsheet Tools : Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)

- Data Handling : Data Extraction, Transformation (Basic ETL Concepts)

- Tableau Concepts : Tableau Architecture, Publishing, Permissions, Refresh Mechanisms

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau Desktop

- Publish dashboards to Tableau Server / Tableau Online and manage updates

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using SQL

- Create automated reports and dashboards with scheduled refreshes

- Implement alerts, subscriptions, and trigger-based notifications in Tableau

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights

- Ensure data accuracy, optimize dashboard performance, and follow best practices

- Independently handle end-to-end Tableau project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 23 years of hands-on experience in Tableau (Desktop & Server)

- Strong understanding of Tableau Architecture

- Experience in publishing dashboards and managing Tableau Server environments

- Strong proficiency in SQL

- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Experience in implementing alerts, subscriptions, and notifications in Tableau

- Ability to independently manage BI projects

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with data modeling and ETL concepts

- Exposure to performance optimization in Tableau dashboards

- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles

Candidates must demonstrate recent hands-on experience in Tableau, SQL, and Excel, along with the ability to independently deliver BI projects.
