Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production support and integration services for T24 / Temenos applications.

- Handle incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).

- Perform testing, change reviews, and support deployment activities.

- Work with T24 Integration Framework, Interaction Framework, and Open Connectivity Framework (OCF).

- Manage and troubleshoot batch processing and integration components.

- Work with middleware technologies including MQ, WebSphere, and JBoss.

- Analyze production issues and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.

- Collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.

- Support application changes and ensure adherence to defined technical and operational processes.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Strong hands-on experience with T24 / Temenos architecture.

- Good knowledge of T24 Enquiries, Versions, Templates, and OFS.

- Strong understanding of T24 integration frameworks and production support.

- Experience with T24 retail banking modules, including Customer, Account, TT (Telegraphic Transfer), and FT (Funds Transfer).

- Experience with MQ, WebSphere, and JBoss.

- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA skills.

- Good understanding of testing and change-management processes.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
