Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned T24 Migration Business Analyst to join our high-performing banking technology team in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. In this capacity, you will serve as the critical bridge between legacy banking systems and modern T24 core banking environments, ensuring seamless data integrity and functional continuity. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, technical architects, and key business stakeholders to translate complex banking requirements into actionable migration strategies. By orchestrating the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, you will directly influence the success of large-scale digital transformation projects, ultimately enabling our clients to achieve operational excellence and superior service delivery for their end-users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and map complex legacy data structures to T24 standard formats to ensure 100% accuracy during the migration process.

- Collaborate with business units to define data cleansing rules and validation logic, minimizing risks associated with data quality in the target environment.

- Design and execute comprehensive migration test plans to verify data integrity and functional parity for the benefit of internal stakeholders and regulatory auditors.

- Lead workshops with technical teams to troubleshoot migration bottlenecks, ensuring project timelines are met without compromising system stability.

- Document functional specifications and migration workflows to provide a clear roadmap for developers and quality assurance teams.

- Communicate migration progress and potential risks to senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in T24 core banking modules, with a proven ability to navigate complex data migration challenges.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret banking business processes and translate them into technical migration requirements.

- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical migration issues to non-technical business partners clearly.

- Show proficiency in managing large datasets and performing data reconciliation to ensure zero-loss transitions between systems.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad offices.

- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in T24 migration projects.
