We are looking for a highly skilled Systems / Onboarding Engineer with strong MSP and infrastructure experience to lead end-to-end client onboarding, migrations, and IT transformation projects.

This is a client-facing, hands-on engineering role, not a support-only position. You will play a critical role in delivering seamless IT transitions and ensuring high-quality implementation across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end execution of IT onboarding, migrations, refreshes, and offboarding projects

Design and implement solutions across infrastructure environments, including :

1. Microsoft 365

2. Active Directory

3. Exchange Online

4. Networking (routers, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi)

5. Endpoint management (Windows/macOS)

- Ensure smooth client transitions with minimal disruption to business operations

- Collaborate with Project Managers to align on timelines, deliverables, and execution plans

- Engage directly with clients, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle

- Apply and maintain security best practices across systems and environments

- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation using tools like ConnectWise, IT Glue, or similar platforms
