We are looking for a proactive and tech-oriented professional to manage and support our ERP system (Odoo) along with other business technology applications used across our retail and operations ecosystem. The role involves coordinating ERP requirements, improving workflows, supporting users, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth functioning of applications such as retail camera analytics platforms, loyalty program applications, and related operational systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of ERP processes, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for implementation and support

ERP (Odoo) Management :

- Manage day-to-day operations and requirements of the Odoo ERP system.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including retail, warehouse, production, finance, and IT.

- Handle ERP modules related to inventory, sales, purchase, accounting, manufacturing, CRM, and retail operations.

- Work with developers/vendors for customization, bug fixing, and new feature implementation.

- Monitor ERP data accuracy, user access, and process compliance.

- Conduct testing and user training for new ERP features and updates.

- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.

- Monitor application performance and user adoption.

- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

- Maintain documentation for workflows, SOPs, and application usage.

- Provide first-level support to internal teams and Troubleshoot system/application-related issues.

Manage and support additional business applications including :

- Retail camera analytics systems (e.g., Jarvis)

- Loyalty and rewards applications

- Attendance and operational tracking systems

- Any additional tool on boarded in future

Skills and Qualification :

- 2-5 years of experience in ERP/application management.

- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP preferred.

- Good understanding of business processes including inventory, retail, supply chain, and operations.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple applications and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
