About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced System Architect ADAS who will be responsible for defining, developing, and integrating system-level architectures for advanced driver-assistance and autonomous driving features.
This role requires strong collaboration across hardware, software, and algorithm teams to deliver high-performance and safety-compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define end-to-end architecture for ADAS functions such as ACC, Lane Keeping, Parking Assist, AEB, etc.
- Drive system decomposition into hardware, software, algorithmic and network elements.
- Develop, manage, and maintain system-level requirements with full traceability across lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sensors, perception, fusion, controls, software & hardware.
- Evaluate and integrate automotive sensor suites : camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic, GNSS, IMU, etc.
- Define and validate in-vehicle communication architectures (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, FlexRay).
- Ensure ADAS systems comply with ISO 26262 Functional Safety & ISO 21448 SOTIF frameworks.
- Support cybersecurity requirements in alignment with ISO/SAE 21434.
- Contribute to MBSE workflows and architectural modeling tools (SysML, Enterprise Architect, etc.
- Support prototype development, system integration, and technical design reviews.
- Interact with OEMs and Tier-1 partners for technology alignment and project execution.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 7+ years of experience in ADAS or autonomous driving system engineering.
- Strong understanding of sensor fusion, perception pipelines, and vehicle network architectures.
- Experience with AUTOSAR / middleware frameworks.
- Working knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
- Strong understanding of embedded platforms, real-time systems & hardware-software co-design.
- Excellent system thinking, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
