Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Analyst with strong expertise in HRIS configuration and workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring UKG and ADP time management systems, supporting data migration projects, testing system configurations, and providing production support across US and Canada payroll and timekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (WFM), and UKG Workforce Central solutions.

- Perform system configuration activities (configuration experience is required; integration experience is not required).

- Support the migration of workforce and timekeeping data from ADP eTime to UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos).

- Participate in end-to-end HRIS implementation and migration projects.

- Configure, validate, and test system changes before deployment.

- Support timekeeping operations for US and Canada employees, including ticket resolution and issue analysis.

- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation.

- Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend process improvements.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate system functionality and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Systems Analyst or in a similar HRIS role.

- Mandatory experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM).

- Strong knowledge of ADP eTime configuration is mandatory.

- Experience with UKG Workforce Central.

- Proven experience in HRIS configuration (not system integrations).

- Experience in data migration, preferably from ADP eTime to UKG (formerly Kronos).

- Hands-on experience with system configuration testing and validation.

- Experience supporting US and Canada workforce/timekeeping processes.
