Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify gaps in current processes, recommend solutions, and contribute to process redesign and optimization initiatives.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards.
- Prepare functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and other project documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and management to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
- Assist in the design of business solutions, participate in system testing (UAT), and validate results to ensure they meet requirements.
- Support project planning, tracking, and status reporting, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or BI tools.
- Good knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Figma.
- Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
