Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end functional requirement gathering, business process analysis and documentation for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.

- Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate CRM solutions aligned with business objectives and Microsoft best practices.

- Lead functional solution design and configuration across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service.

- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.

- Drive data migration strategy, data mapping, validation and reconciliation activities.

- Lead integration testing, functional testing and UAT activities to ensure solution quality.

- Review functional design documents, test scenarios, process flows and implementation deliverables.

- Conduct client workshops, solution walkthroughs, product demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.

- Lead end-user training and change management activities to improve CRM adoption.

- Manage functional issue resolution, escalations and post-go-live support.

- Provide functional guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.

- Identify opportunities for CRM optimization, process automation and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with project managers, developers, architects and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

- Ensure implementation activities are aligned with project timelines, quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Dynamics 365 functional consulting.

- Strong hands-on functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales.

- Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service modules.

- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, business processes and functional capabilities.

- Extensive experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and functional solution design.

- Experience leading data migration planning, mapping, validation and reconciliation.

- Strong knowledge of integration testing, UAT and implementation methodologies.

- Experience preparing and reviewing functional design documents, process documentation and test scripts.

- Proven experience conducting client workshops, demos and end-user training.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Experience leading functional workstreams and mentoring junior consultants.

- Ability to independently manage functional deliverables across the implementation lifecycle
