Reporting To : VP Engineering / Head of Delivery

Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Manager with strong technical expertise in .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET and deep domain exposure to the International Insurance industry specifically Wholesale / Commercial Insurance. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership, client relationship management, project governance, team leadership and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Delivery & Program Management :

- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs for International Insurance clients.

- Manage project planning, execution, risk management, resource allocation and financials.

- Ensure delivery commitments on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

- Establish delivery governance, reporting mechanisms, KPIs, and metrics.

- Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

2. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary delivery contact for international clients in the Wholesale / Commercial Insurance domain.

- Build long-term strategic relationships with CXO / Senior stakeholders.

- Lead project reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell / cross-sell.

3. Technical Leadership .NET Stack :

- Provide technical oversight across :

o .NET / .NET Core / C# / ASP.NET / Web API

o Microservices & Cloud-based architectures

o SQL Server / Azure / CI-CD pipelines

- Guide teams on best practices, coding standards, architecture, and performance optimization.

- Work closely with Solution Architects to define scalable technical solutions.

4. Team Leadership & People Management :

- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams (Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Developers, QA).

- Drive performance management, career growth, training and succession planning.

- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership and innovation.

5. Insurance Domain Leadership :

- Provide domain direction on :

o Wholesale / Commercial Insurance processes

o Policy Administration, Underwriting, Rating, Claims, Bordereaux, Broker integrations

- Translate business needs into technical delivery roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience :

- 15+ years in IT with at least 5+ years in Delivery / Program Management role.

- Proven experience working with International Insurance clients, especially in Wholesale / Commercial Insurance.

- Experience managing large programs with teams of 20+ members.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on or oversight experience with :

o .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API

o Microservices, RESTful services

o SQL Server / Azure / Cloud environments

o Agile / Scrum delivery models

Domain Expertise :

- Deep understanding of :

o Wholesale / Commercial Insurance lifecycle

o Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Endorsements, Renewals, Claims

o Broker / MGA integrations, Bordereaux management

- Leadership & Communication :

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong financial acumen budgeting, forecasting, margin management.

- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP / Prince2 / SAFe / Agile certifications.

- Exposure to US / UK / European Insurance markets.
