Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced BASE24 EPS Developer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support, enhance, and manage Electronic Payment Switching (EPS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with BASE24, payment transaction processing, and real-time production support in a banking or payments environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, enhance, and support BASE24 EPS applications

- Handle payment transaction processing including ATM, POS, ISO 8583 messages

- Perform production support, incident management, and root cause analysis

- Configure and troubleshoot interfaces with core banking and external payment networks

- Participate in upgrades, patches, and migration activities

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of payment systems

- Work closely with business, operations, and infrastructure teams

- Prepare technical documentation and support audit/compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in BASE24 EPS development/support

- Strong knowledge of BASE24 (EPS / Classic )

- Solid understanding of ATM / POS switching and payment transactions

- Experience with ISO 8583 messaging standards

- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments

- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

- Experience working in banking / financial services / payments domain

Good to Have :

- Experience with BASE24 customization, parameters, and message flows

- Knowledge of cards processing, authorization, clearing & settlement

- Experience in 24x7 production support environments

- Client-facing or onsite experience
