We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Network to support our sales and technical teams by providing expert-level consulting, solution design, and implementation support for network projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of network technologies, multiple OEM product portfolios, and a strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Meet with clients to understand their current network infrastructure, pain points, and business goals.

- Identify technical and business requirements for proposed solutions.

- Design tailored network solutions (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, wireless, cloud networking, etc.

- Prepare high-level and low-level network designs, often using diagrams and documentation.

- Deliver presentations to explain proposed solutions.

- Conduct product demos and proof of concepts (POCs) to show real-world applicability.

- Collaborate with sales and bid teams to prepare proposals, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.

- Ensure accuracy and feasibility of the solution from a technical and financial standpoint.

- Act as a technical liaison between clients, internal engineering teams, and vendors.

- Build trust and confidence with customer stakeholders through technical knowledge.

- Assist the sales team with RFP/RFQ responses.

- Provide technical clarifications during contract negotiations.

- Stay current on networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba, etc. ), standards, and market trends.

- Obtain relevant certifications (e. , CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc.

- Ensure a smooth handover of the project to the implementation/delivery team.

- Support post-sales queries during the transition phase if needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- WAN and LAN, QoS

- Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills

- Excellent oral, written & presentation communications skills

- CCDA / CCNP / CCIE or Higher Cisco Certification or any other CISCO certification would be an advantage

Required Expertise on following Technology :

- Routing, switching, wireless, network security

Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

- Additional certifications in cybersecurity or network architecture are a plus
