What qualities are we looking for?

- Technically Hands-on, with deep dive expertise in designing and developing real time internet applications or high scale SAAS applications

- 5-8 years of experience in developing products with at least a couple of years in leading a team Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms with space and me complexities

- Exceptional coding skills in an Object-Oriented programming language (Java/ROR/Golang)design pa erns

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Strong design skills involving data modeling and low level class design

- Follow industry coding standards and responsible for writing maintainable/scalable/e?cient code to solve business problems

- Follow SDLC in agile environment and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to drive on- me deliveries

- Experience with web technologies Java, Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcache, Redis

- Strong technical aptitude and good knowledge of CS fundamentals

- Experience with high performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic is preferred
