This Auth0 Support Analyst will work within a DevOps operating model, supporting CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, and secure integrations with third party services such as Okta Auth0, Akamai EDGE, Azure, Telesign, Duo Circle, social IDP, and 67+ customer applications (web app, single page apps, native apps, and M2M).
Required Skills and Experience :
- Okta Auth0 & Customer Identity Management
- Has obtained Okta's Auth0 Developer Certification and extensive experience supporting customers in Auth0
- Experience working with Okta environments both in public and private cloud setups.
- Troubleshooting skills, incident management, strong communication for user support.
DevOps :
- Experience working in a global support team with a hybrid makeup (managing and triaging across a diverse team composes of staff, vendors, and functional groups).
- Experienced working with Service Now and in ITIL processes.
- Proven experience implementing DevOps practices using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience setting up and implementing zero down time upgrades or changes.
- Experience managing application deployments across sandbox, Dev, UAT, and production environments.
- Understanding of release packaging, versioning, rollback strategies, and change control in regulated enterprise environments.
- Front End Application Development and UI/X within Auth0
- Proficient in Node.js application development for backend services.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and frontend customization.
- General understanding of Java based frameworks used in enterprise environments
- Maintaining custom UI within the Advanced Custom Universal Login (ACUL) in Auth0.
- Maintaining custom UI on top of the Universal Login (UL) screens within Auth0. Ensuring regression after major or minor releases.
- Ability to apply Shell branding and accessibility standards to customer facing UI components.
- Apply custom branding outside of the standard Shell branding.
- Can configure with desired look and feel (color pallet, text, font, logo) within the out of box Universal Login.
- Experience implementing a new release requiring SDK
- Migration Experience
- Has experience migrating customers onto Auth0, replicating application setups and configuring them.
- Validating requirements with central and business focal points
- Worked with large scale global customers migrating from a legacy Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform onto Auth0
- Identity & SCIM Integration
- Deep understanding of SCIM 2.0 and Identity Lifecycle Management, including:
- User creation, updates, de provisioning, and re-activation
- Group and entitlement synchronization
- Experience integrating SCIM with CIPM 4.0 and downstream applications.
- Hands on experience with Auth0 database connections, identity provisioning, and de provisioning flows.
