About the Role :

We are hiring a Supply Chain Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platforms to design and deliver end-to-end digital supply chain solutions. The role involves solution architecture, planning optimization, and integration across enterprise systems to support large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end Supply Chain solutions using SAP S/4 HANA and IBP platforms.

Lead architecture for :

1. Demand Planning

2. Supply Planning

3. Inventory Optimization

4. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Drive SAP IBP integration with S/4 HANA and other enterprise systems.

- Provide architectural guidance during implementation and enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, PP, Logistics).

- Ensure best practices in planning, forecasting, analytics, and data governance.

- Participate in solution design reviews, testing strategy, and go-live activities.

- Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain architecture.

Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including :

1. Demand Planning

2. Supply Planning

3. Response & Supply

4. Inventory Optimization

- Experience integrating SAP IBP with S/4 HANA.

- Exposure to advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes :

1. Demand Planning

2. Supply Planning

3. Inventory Management

4. S&OP

- Experience in solution design / architecture roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP IBP or S/4 HANA certification.

- Experience in large-scale transformation or implementation programs.

- Exposure to cloud-based planning or analytics platforms.

Work Model :

- Hybrid work setup.

- Mandatory presence at Hebbal office - 3 days/week.

Ideal Candidate :

- Architect or Lead Consultant background.

- Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred.
