Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced JIRA & Confluence SME / Atlassian Tools Administrator to manage and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem, including JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management (JSM), and Confluence. The role involves platform administration, workflow automation, integrations, governance, reporting, and user support to enable enterprise-wide collaboration and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and configure JIRA Software, JSM, and Confluence.

- Design workflows, issue types, screens, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.

- Build JQL-based reports, dashboards, and project templates.

- Integrate Atlassian tools with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Power BI, and CI/CD tools.

- Manage platform governance, security, user access, upgrades, and health checks.

- Support Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and provide L2/L3 user support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Atlassian solutions and drive user adoption.
