The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Data Migration, Data Transformation, Azure cloud-based accounting tools, and Finance & Accounting domains.

The ideal candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and scalable data and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and document business and financial requirements for cloud and data initiatives

- Support data migration and transformation from legacy systems to Azure-based platforms

- Collaborate with IT teams on ETL processes, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation

- Work with finance teams on GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, and month-end close processes

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout migration and reporting cycles

- Assist in UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation support

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes

- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Power BI)

- Experience with data migration, transformation, and data quality validation

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
