Title : Business Analyst

Location : PAN India

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to data migration and transformation projects.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

- Support end-to-end data migration initiatives, including source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.

- Analyze and define data transformation rules to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

- Work closely with cloud and engineering teams to track, analyze, and optimize Azure cloud costs using cost management and billing tools.

- Perform financial analysis related to cloud spend, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure alignment of data solutions with finance and accounting principles, including GL, cost centers, and financial reporting.

- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.

- Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off by validating business and financial scenarios.

- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and proactively recommend solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven or finance-related projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with data migration and data transformation initiatives.

- Experience working with Azure cloud cost management/billing tools (Azure Cost Management, budgets, reports).

- Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting).

- Ability to translate business and financial requirements into technical specifications.

- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

- Proficiency in documentation and stakeholder communication.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
