About the Role :

We are looking for a Python web developer to join our in-office team and build high-impact features using a Python web framework and Postgres. Your work will ship directly to production and be used by thousands of e-commerce businesses, shaping their day-to-day operations and customer experiences. This is a hands-on role where your code will make a visible difference at scale.

Responsibilities :

This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role.

- Lead and take full responsibility for the backend development of our product.

- Build robust APIs and backend logic that power real-time experiences for thousands of e-commerce businesses.

- Contribute to database design, performance optimisation, and overall system architecture.

- Drive the product forward by owning everything from architectural decisions to final deployment.

- Collaborate openly with your team, communicate proactively, and take pride in your work. This is not a solo journey.

- Technical Expertise : Strong grasp of PostgreSQL database and a Python web framework.
