Position : SuccessFactors Test Lead

Location : Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Test Lead with strong expertise in Time Off & Time Tracking modules to join our team.

Key Requirements :

- Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking

- Certified in Time Off & Time Tracking modules

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Role Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Time Off & Time Tracking

- Configure and implement SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking modules

- Design, develop, and maintain templates, forms, workflows, and reports

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation

- Execute end-to-end automated regression testing for Time Off, Attendance, and Overtime scenarios

- Create test automation strategies aligned with business needs

- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications

- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals

- Provide technical guidance to the implementation team
