Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in OpenText solutions to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise content management (ECM) systems.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable document management solutions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient and secure content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of OpenText solutions across projects

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on OpenText architecture, best practices, and capabilities

- Customize and configure workflows, document lifecycle management, and business processes

- Design and implement integrations between OpenText and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Ensure compliance with document governance, security, and regulatory standards

- Optimize system performance and scalability based on business needs

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and user guides

- Provide training and support to end users and internal teams

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText products such as Content Server, Documentum, or similar ECM platforms

- Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) concepts and best practices

- Experience in integrating OpenText with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)

- Knowledge of workflow configuration, document lifecycle management, and records management

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

- Familiarity with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware integrations

- Basic understanding of databases (SQL) and system architecture

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
